Refund Policy

At Pice Records, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.


2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

Provide your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


3. Shipping Returns
If your refund is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7- 21 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at piceapparel@gmail.com.


6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at piceapparel@gmail.com.
